  • Breach of account sharing may result in suspension or cancellation without refund.
3. Payments & Pricing
  • All prices are listed in GBP (ÂŁ) unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment must be completed in full at checkout for one-off purchases.
  • Membership fees will be charged automatically on a monthly basis, depending on your plan.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Refunds & Cancellations
  • Digital products: Due to their nature, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
  • Memberships:
    • You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellations must be made before your next renewal date to avoid additional charges.
5. Delivery of Products & Membership Access
  • One-off purchases will be delivered digitally via email confirmation or through your account immediately after payment.
  • Membership access is granted once payment is processed and continues until the end of your paid billing period.
  • We are not responsible for failed delivery where incorrect contact details are provided.
6. Use of Content
All content, including templates, toolkits, videos, guides, graphics, and training materials, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may use purchased or membership content for your personal or direct business use only. You may not:
  • Resell, distribute, or share resources with third parties.
  • Upload materials to external sites, social media, or file-sharing platforms.
  • Claim ownership or authorship of any resource.
Commercial exploitation beyond your own business use requires prior written consent.
 
7. Community Standards
If you participate in The Oyster Collective community (forums, groups, or events), you agree not to post or share content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove members who breach these standards.
